Employment Resource Center - Current Opportunity

Under the general supervision of the Superintendent plans, organizes and coordinates all phases of personnel procedure and policy for both certificated and classified personnel. The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for a broad range of administrative and technical duties, including, but not limited to: recruitment, selection, assignment, transfers, negotiations with Certificated and Classified bargaining units, employee discipline, demotions, dismissals, grievances, lay-offs, training of evaluators and compliance with all Education Code requirements regarding school district employees.
