Deborah Harmon, Esq.

Director, Legislative and Community College Services

Deborah Harmon has nine years of experience as a legislative advocate for numerous community college districts and other entities with public education-related interests. She has a thorough knowledge of California’s K-14 education policy, an in-depth understanding of the legislative process, and a successful track record of both shepherding client-sponsored legislation relating to K-14 education and public employee retirement issues through the legislative process and advocating clients’ budget priorities.

Deborah earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and is a member of the State Bar of California. An Illinois State Scholar, she graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, with a B.A. in Sociology.

Deborah brings a wealth of experience to her role as Director, Legislative and Community College Services for School Services.
