The special education settlement packets are expected to be sent out by the California School Boards Association (CSBA) to all districts, county superintendents, and special education local plan areas (SELPAs) this week ending December 26, 2008. The packets are also available on the CSBA website at http://www.csba.org/LegislationAndLegal/Legal/ELAUpdates/BIP.aspx. 

In order to properly complete the settlement packets, you will need the respective per-Average Daily Attendance and per-pupil amounts, which we have computed to assist you. You can access the estimated amounts by local educational agency (LEA) at the following links:

The deadline for the signed waiver is February 27, 2009.
