Gina Will

Gina S. Will, SSC’s Controller, brings more than 10 years of financial analysis and accounting experience to the company. Since her hire in 1995, Gina has served clients by participating in various school district budget reviews and fiscal health analyses. She was a participant of the Fiscal Crisis and Management Team (FCMAT) review of Compton USD.  Her client work also includes a study for the Association of California Tort Reform, for which she developed and analyzed the results of a survey to all California school districts with more than 500 ADA to determine how tort liability is affecting the efficiency of schools in California.

Gina is one of SSC’s experts in the Multi-Year Projection Software. In addition to knowing the particulars of the software, she has assisted Duarte USD, Fresno USD, Glendale USD, and Inglewood USD by reviewing, developing, and/or training the client on their specific multi-year projections.

As SSC’s Controller, Gina completes all of the financial reporting for the company and is responsible for SSC’s budget. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Golden Gate University, and having passed the California Certified Public Accountant exam, Gina is a CPA candidate in the State of California.

Gina is SSC’s “CBO.”
