Jannelle Kubinec 

Jannelle Kubinec is Director of Management Consulting Services for School Services. Jannelle brings extensive experience working with school districts throughout California as well as state departments of education and districts around the country. She offers SSC clients expertise in program evaluation, fiscal management, organizational and operational reviews, performance studies, school district reorganization, technology planning, strategic planning, special education, and child care.

Prior to joining SSC, Jannelle was regional manager and partner in charge of education consulting for a national consulting firm. She also worked as Senior Fiscal and Policy Analyst for the Legislative Analyst Office where she was the lead analyst on Proposition 98, revenue limits, teacher quality and supply, school reform, and school governance.

Jannelle graduated from the University of  California,  Berkeley, with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Rhetoric and Masters of Public Policy.
