Governor Completes Action on Hundreds of
Community College Bills
In his final legislative actions of the year, Governor Gray Davis took action on hundreds of bills sent to him during the 1999 legislative session. Below is a brief synopsis and final disposition of some of the key education bills we have been following in the Update.
