Community College Trustee Appointed to Board of Governors. Governor Davis has announced the appointment of Brian Conley as a member of the California Community College Board of Governors. Mr. Conley, of Santa Ana, is the President of the Board of Trustees of the Rancho Santiago Community College District, and has held a seat on the board since 1988.
Mr. Conley is a professor at Golden West College in Huntington Beach. He also serves on the Orange County Community College Legislative Task Force, and has served on the Education Advisory Committees for Congress Member Lorretta Sanchez and Assembly Member Tom Umberg.
