0.0% PERS Rate for 2000-01 is Official. As expected, the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) Board approved a school employer PERS rate of 0.000% for the 2000-01 school year. While the PERS employer rate can vary from year to year, it is expected to remain zero for many years to come-barring a stock market crash.
