Another Strong Year-End Finish For The Lottery. With the recent $87 million jackpot and increasing sales of other lottery games, the outlook for lottery revenues has taken an upswing. School Services is projecting the 1998-99 lottery revenues at $120 per FTES, up from the previous estimate of $117 per FTES. Therefore, SSC is recommending that community colleges budget the 1999-00 lottery funding at $120 per FTES until the Chancellor's Office establishes the estimated rate.
