Board of Governors Selects New Officers. At its November meeting, the Board of Governors selected new officers: Kay Albiani of Elk Grove as President, Lance Izumi of Sacramento as Vice President, George Caplan of Woodland Hills as California Postsecondary Education Commission (CPEC) Representative, and Debbie Malumed of Long Beach as CPEC Alternate. The new officers will take their positions at the January 2007 meeting.
