ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

This workshop provides important information on the basics of asset management. If you are new to the responsibilities of asset management, are in the process of developing or updating your facilities master plan, this workshop is the one for you.

Does your district have surplus property or a need for additional property? If the answer is yes—you'll need the basics in order to get started on the right foot. In addition to the basics of asset management, our workshop contains examples of positive outreach along with ways to parter with city, county, and other stakeholders.
