Our workshops are very popular and fill up quickly! We register on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure that you are registered without delay and that a spot is reserved for you, we highly recommend that you completely fill out a registration form.

How do I register for a workshop?
You can use the secure on-line registration form or enter your information on the PDF registration form. Please submit your registration according to your choice of payment as stated below:

  • If paying by check: Fax the completed registration form and copy of completed check to (916) 313-3298, followed by hard copies in the mail to our "remit to only address"-P.O. Box 15546 Sacramento Ca 95852-1546.
  • If paying with a purchase order: Fax the completed registration form, along with purchase order, for quick processing, or mail to 1121 L Street, Suite 1060, Sacramento, CA 95814. Online registrations are also accepted with a purchase order number notated on the registration form.
  • If paying by credit card: Fax the completed registration form, along with the credit card number to (916) 313-3298, or mail to 1121 L Street, Suite 1060, Sacramento, CA 95814. You can also submit your registration online and include your credit card number and expiration date on the registration form.

How do I get a registration confirmation prior to receiving my Fast Pass confirmation?
For all workshops, please e-mail our event coordinator, Michelle Berge, at MichelleB@sscal.com. Include the organization name, person(s) attending, and the name of workshop. You will receive a reply to confirm your registration.

When will I receive my Fast Pass confirmation?
Fast passes are available to download roughly two weeks prior to the workshop. Those who registered early will receive an email notice directing them to go to www.sscal.com/fp_vcs.cfm?fp=1&regID=0 to download and print the Fast Pass for the workshop. A link to this page will also be available on the registered user's MySSC page under "Upcoming Workshops".

A subsequent email reminder will be sent one week before the workshop, with a final reminder email sent a day or two before the workshop.

A printed Fast Pass is necessary to bypass the registration desk. Registered attendees who do not bring a printed Fast Pass can stop by the registration desk to check in and receive any workshop materials.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
Please review our cancellation policy that is listed on our registration form for applicable fees. Please e-mail MichelleB@sscal.com, with the organization name, person(s) cancelling, and the name of the workshop. You will receive a reply with a cancellation number.

What if I cannot attend and would like to send a substitute?
E-mail MichelleB@sscal.com, with the organization name, person(s) attending, and the name of the workshop. Please note who will not be attending and include the name of person substituting.

What if I only want to change my workshop location?
E-mail MichelleB@sscal.com, with the organization name, person(s) attending, and the name of the workshop. Please indicate your registered location and indicate your new desired location.
