The Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources plans, organizes, and administers the activities of the Human Resources Department and provides leadership in developing, achieving, and maintaining the best possible personnel programs and services. The Assistant Superintendent provides highly confidential and complex assistance to the Superintendent and the Board of Trustees. The work of the Assistant Superintendent is performed with minimal supervision and requires effective decision making that abides by the law. This position requires a leader who is honest, trustworthy, of the highest integrity, and able to build solid relationships with employees while holding them accountable.
