The Poway Unified School District is seeking a dynamic leader for its Personnel Support Services/Human Resources Division. Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Associate Superintendent is responsible for the comprehensive management and development of the Personnel Support Services Division. The role leads the planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of personnel procedures and policies. The Associate Superintendent maintains close liaison with the Personnel Commission and provides confidential support to the Superintendent and the Board of Education while overseeing a wide array of administrative and technical functions, including credentialing, employee relations, performance management, employee benefits, organizational development, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 

Annual Salary: $197,816 - $290,494
