Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, the Director of Information Technology manages and supervises the activities of the Information Technology Services Department; manages and directs the development and operations of the district's information networks, including computing services, backing up of databases, applications development, and support and network infrastructure design and operations. Oversees artificial intelligence (AI)-driven innovations to explore and implement solutions that enhance district operations, improves efficiency, and introduces new capabilities to support business processes and instructional needs. The Director of Information Technology also supports the initiatives driven by EdTech, classroom technology integration, and 1 : 1 student device programs.
