For many of us, federal compliance falls into the “other duties as assigned” area of our jobs, and it is an area that is learned in a trial-by-fire format. Federal compliance requirements are rigorous, tedious, and often very confusing. A lack of compliance can result in significant financial penalties, additional audits, and even a loss of eligibility for future funding.

One-time federal COVID-19 funding and changes in law resulting from the Every Student Succeeds Act have amended various long-standing compliance requirements while adding new levels of reporting. These changes have altered the rules around long-standing programs (e.g., Title I) and added new layers of compliance and monitoring for the one-time federal COVID-19 funding.

This webinar will provide business administrators and compliance officers with the resources and knowledge to adequately monitor federal compliance. We will include up-to-date information on compliance requirements as well as insight about upcoming changes to federal law, as applicable.
