Employment Resource Center - Current Opportunity

Under the direction of the Chief Business Officer, plan, organize, coordinate and implement the daily operations and activities of the MCOE/MCUSD Business Systems including audits, budgets and related fund accounting; perform a variety of specialized and complex accounting duties to support the preparation, analysis and maintenance of designated budgets; serve as the fiscal/budget reporting contact for MCOE/MCUSD; oversee and implement apportionments and cash flow according to established policies and procedures; collaborate with site administrators and program managers regarding budgets, expenditures, reporting and compliance; serve as back-up and perform assigned duties in the absence of the Chief Business Officer as directed; assist with special projects; assure accuracy, fiscal solvency and meet reporting timelines; train, oversee and provide work direction to assigned staff; maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information; perform related duties as assigned.
