Under the direction of the Superintendent, provide oversight and accountability for the Human Resources
Department. Plan, organize, control, and direct functions of human resources and labor relations, including but not
limited to, negotiations, collective bargain agreements, salary placement, job assignments, labor relations,
credential compliance, performance evaluations, current laws and regulations, and formal complaints; build
capacity among staff; recruit, prepare, sustain, and challenge all leaders to achieve higher levels of individual
performance and effectiveness in leading others; effectively communicate with district leaders to provide
constructive feedback to improve their effectiveness as they develop new leadership skills. Serve on the
Superintendent’s cabinet and serve as Title IX Officer.
Salary Information: $161,573 - $196,577 Annually
