Participants will view demonstrations on how to complete the SEMOE forms using the Standardized Account Code Structure (SACS) Web system, how to use the subsequent‑year tracking worksheet, and how program cost resource allocation calculations can impact SEMOE compliance.
This course is intentionally designed to serve as the foundational course for the Maintenance of Effort Monitoring—Beyond the Basics course. Participants are encouraged to complete this session first in order to build the knowledge necessary to fully engage in the advanced concepts, complex scenarios, and strategic considerations presented in Maintenance of Effort Monitoring—Beyond the Basics.
